What is ClassFlow?
ClassFlow is a cloud-based school management system built specifically for Ghanaian schools. It provides tools for attendance, academic reports, fee management, parent communication, student records, and school administration - all in one platform. It was developed by COD Innovations, a registered Ghanaian company.
How is ClassFlow different from other school management software?
ClassFlow is built from the ground up for Ghanaian schools - not adapted from foreign software. It supports BECE and WASSCE grading, OTP login with MTN/Vodafone/AirtelTigo numbers, GHS pricing with mobile money, and works on basic smartphones. Most competitors are built for other countries and lack these local features.

ClassFlow is designed for all types of schools in Ghana - private basic schools, senior high schools, international schools, and educational institutions of any size. It scales from 50 to 500+ students.

Features
What features does ClassFlow offer?
ClassFlow offers attendance tracking, academic report generation (with BECE and WASSCE grading), fee management, parent communication via SMS, student records management, class and subject management, school administration tools, and analytics dashboards. There are six dedicated portals for headmasters, owners, accountants, teachers, students, and parents.
Does ClassFlow support BECE and WASSCE grading?
Yes. ClassFlow fully supports BECE, WASSCE, and school-based assessment grading systems. Teachers can record exams and continuous assessments, compute termly averages, and generate report cards that follow Ghanaian educational standards.
Can teachers take attendance using their phone?
Yes. Teachers can mark attendance from any device - desktop, tablet, or smartphone. ClassFlow generates daily, weekly, and termly attendance reports. It also sends instant absence alerts to parents via SMS, so parents know when their child is not in school.
Can I track school fees with ClassFlow?
Yes. ClassFlow's fee management module lets you set up termly fee structures with optional items and discounts, track payments, print receipts, and view fee balances in real time. Parents can also check their balance and payment history from their own phone.
What type of reports can I generate?
ClassFlow generates attendance reports (daily, weekly, termly), academic report cards, fee collection reports per class or term, student status reports, class performance analytics, demographic breakdowns, and teacher employment reports. Most reports can be exported or printed.
Can I print report cards from ClassFlow?
Yes. Report cards can be generated and printed directly from the platform, or shared digitally with parents via SMS.

What payment methods do you accept?
ClassFlow accepts mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and bank transfers. Everything is priced in Ghana Cedis - no international card required.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden setup fees, cancellation fees, or surprise charges. SMS credits for parent communication are billed transparently based on usage.
Do small schools pay less?
Yes. Our pricing is designed to be affordable for schools of all sizes. Smaller schools pay less because they need fewer user accounts and less storage. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote specific to your school.
Mobile & Access
Can I use ClassFlow on my phone?
Yes. ClassFlow works entirely in your web browser on any device - desktop, tablet, or smartphone. It is optimized for mobile browsers and works on basic smartphones with internet. There is no app to download.
Does ClassFlow work without internet?
ClassFlow is a cloud-based platform and requires an internet connection to use. However, parent notifications are delivered via SMS, so parents receive alerts, results, and announcements even if they don't have internet. Teachers can also take attendance and record data on their phones using mobile data.
Do teachers need a computer to use ClassFlow?
No. Teachers can do everything from their smartphone - take attendance, record exams and assessments, create lesson notes, view class schedules, and communicate with parents. No computer or laptop required.
How do students access ClassFlow?
Students log in through their own portal using their phone number and OTP. They can view class schedules, check exam results, track attendance history, and receive school announcements. Everything works on a basic smartphone.
How can parents check their child's results?
Parents receive results and report cards directly via SMS. They can also log in to the Parent Portal from any phone to view academic progress, fee balances, payment history, attendance records, and school announcements in real time.

How do I set up my school on ClassFlow?
Setting up is simple: chat with us on WhatsApp, tell us about your school, and we configure everything for you - your school profile, academic sessions, classes, and users. Your school goes live in no time. We handle the heavy lifting.
How long does it take to set up a school?
Most schools are set up and ready to use within a few hours after providing the necessary information. The setup process itself takes just a few minutes of your time - we do the rest.
Do you provide training for teachers and staff?
Yes. We provide onboarding support and guidance to ensure your teachers, administrators, and staff can use ClassFlow confidently. Our team is available via WhatsApp to answer any questions.
What support options are available?
We provide support via WhatsApp and typically respond within 5 minutes. For schools on paid plans, priority support is available.
Security & Compliance
How secure is my school's data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including role-based access control (each user sees only what they should), full audit logs of all system changes, and regular security monitoring.
Is ClassFlow compliant with Ghana's Data Protection Act?
Yes. ClassFlow is built with Ghana's Data Protection Act in mind. Your school data stays secure, private, and under your control. We never share or sell your information.
Who owns the data I put into ClassFlow?
You do. You retain full ownership of all data you input into ClassFlow. We claim no ownership over your school's data. Our full terms are outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Can I export my data if I leave ClassFlow?
Yes. You can export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data is provided to you before being permanently deleted within 90 days.
