These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ClassFlow school management platform. By using ClassFlow, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClassFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including school administrators, accountants, teachers, students, and parents.

Description of Service

ClassFlow is a cloud-based school management platform that provides tools for academic session management, student enrollment, attendance tracking, grade management, fee processing, and communication between school stakeholders. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClassFlow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not: use the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the platform's operation; upload malicious code or viruses; or use the platform to send unsolicited communications.

Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you input into ClassFlow. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Payment & Billing

Certain features of ClassFlow require payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during setup. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Service Level & Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. We will provide at least 48 hours' notice for scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability for service interruptions is limited to a pro-rata credit of subscription fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COD Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ClassFlow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to ClassFlow will be revoked, and your data will be deleted within 90 days unless otherwise agreed. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these terms. Sections relating to data ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of ClassFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may terminate your account.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Accra, Ghana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
